We are growing at a fast pace and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 60 employees in 2026.</p><p>We are now looking for Commercial Business Developers to join our team.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>As a Commercial Business Developer, you will play a key role in shaping Najell’s commercial growth. You’ll work close to both strategy and execution — leading the commercial development of one of our product categories, owning performance in a global region, and contributing to high-impact cross-functional projects.</p><p>You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Supply Chain. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values clarity, collaboration and momentum.</p><h3>You Will</h3><ul><li><p>Lead the commercial development of a product category together with cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Own a global region and work toward growth targets, insights and commercial planning</p></li><li><p>Drive and support initiatives connected to new channels, markets and business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Analyse performance and translate insights into clear actions and improvements</p></li><li><p>Build plans, secure alignment and follow up on activities across teams</p></li><li><p>Strengthen our commercial processes and ways of working as we scale</p></li></ul><h3>You Bring</h3><ul><li><p>2–6 years of experience in business development, e-commerce, commercial roles or project management</p></li><li><p>A structured, analytical and business-minded approach</p></li><li><p>A strong sense of ownership - you move initiatives forward and follow through</p></li><li><p>The ability to create clarity and momentum in cross-functional teams</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset</p></li><li><p>Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow</p></li><li><p>Can do attitude willing to make sure we achieve results</p></li><li><p>Ability to move between complex tasks and big and small improvement projects</p></li></ul><h3>We Offer</h3><p>A central commercial role in a fast-growing international company, working closely with multiple departments and taking part in key commercial decisions.
