Senior Software Engineer – build autonomous AI workflows at Crunched

Crunched is looking for a senior engineer who wants to own the hard problems from architecture to production – in a small team moving fast.</p><h2>About Crunched</h2><p>Crunched builds an autonomous AI analyst for strategy, finance and advisory workflows, bringing AI agents into Excel rather than asking users to change how they work. The company is backed by Y Combinator and has raised NOK 55 million in seed funding.</p><p>The engineering challenge goes beyond a chatbot: agents, data flows and reliable execution need to work together in a product used for consequential decisions. You will work close to the founders, customers and engineers, with room to shape the stack and engineering culture.
