Fullstack Developer – Join Us in Building the Platform of the Future

<p>Availy is developing a next-generation growth platform for booking, resource management, payments, and automation. Together with strong industry owners and ambitious investors, we are now building a new company (“Newco”) with international growth ambitions.</p><p><br /></p><p>We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer who wants to do more than just write code. You will have a significant influence on technology choices, architecture, and product development, while remaining hands-on with the codebase every day.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Take technical ownership of the continued development of the platform.</p></li><li><p>Design and implement scalable architecture to support the next phase of growth.</p></li><li><p>Develop frontend and backend solutions in close collaboration with the team.</p></li><li><p>Drive high standards of quality through effective development processes, testing, and code reviews.</p></li><li><p>Explore and implement AI-powered solutions that deliver greater value to our customers and business.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with product, business, and commercial teams to translate needs into effective solutions.</p><p><br /></p></li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience as a Full-Stack Developer, ideally with experience in a technical leadership or coordinating role.</p></li><li><p>Strong skills in HTML, CSS, C#, .NET, EF Core, and unit testing.</p></li><li><p>Experience with React/TypeScript for component-based and modular development.</p></li><li><p>A solid understanding of SQL databases (MS SQL Server) and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience using AI tools in software development. You are AI-savvy and actively leverage AI to improve both speed and quality.</p></li><li><p>Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, or the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic setting.</p></li><li><p>A customer-focused and proactive mindset, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
